On November 25, 2024, at 5:28 AM local time, a Boeing 737-400SF crashed while approaching Vilnius International Airport. The accident resulted in the destruction of the aircraft and the death of the captain. The co-pilot and two passengers sustained serious injuries.

The newly released interim report provides a clearer understanding of the incident, highlighting that human error played a significant role in the crash. Detailed explanations are available in the accompanying video today.
