Condor announces a restructuring of its fares, providing more options to accommodate changes in customer needs. Emphasizing hand baggage, flexibility, and eco-friendly travel, Condor has introduced several features to enhance customer experience.

For short-haul flights to new city destinations, Economy Light fare passengers can now take one piece of hand baggage at no additional cost. For other routes, the Economy Zero fare offers travel with just a small bag allowed on board for free.

Condor has launched a Green Fare across all ticket classes: Economy, Premium Economy, and Business. This allows passengers seeking more environmentally conscious travel choices to make personal contributions by selecting this fare. The Green Fare will highlight CO2 emissions based on the route and class of travel, with contributions supporting climate protection projects managed by Condor's partner myclimate and the use of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) beyond the minimum regulatory requirements.

Alongside these changes, Condor is streamlining its flexible ticket options into a single Flex fare, allowing free rebooking and cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Additionally, the Green Fare provides a “cancellation against voucher” option, offering travelers a voucher valid for ten months on the entire Condor route network instead of a cash refund.

Jens Boyd, Commercial Director at Condor, explained, “With the expansion of the Condor route network to popular city destinations, we are also increasingly appealing to business travelers. This also changes the needs of our customers on some routes. Today, we are therefore adapting our fare structure in favor of our customers and enabling low-cost travel with hand baggage for a short trip to a business meeting or family celebration. In addition, the Green Fare in all classes and on the entire Condor route network enables our guests to decide directly when booking their flight to travel responsibly and contribute to further CO2 savings on Condor flights. With the innovative ‘cancellation against voucher’ option, we are making the Green Fare particularly attractive for frequent flyers."

The new fares apply to single-seat bookings across all sales channels. Bookings made prior to April 2, 2025, will be subject to the original fare terms.
