Air India has announced an expansion of its Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner service, now operating 12 weekly flights between Frankfurt and Delhi, alongside five weekly flights between Frankfurt and Mumbai. The announcement was made on the social media platform X on April 8.

According to Air India, the airline has deployed Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft on the Delhi-Frankfurt and Mumbai-Frankfurt routes to enhance the passenger experience. The upgraded interiors include fully flat beds in Business Class and the consistent availability of Premium Economy.

The Frankfurt to Delhi route now operates 12 times weekly, offering passengers increased flexibility and convenience. The Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, known for its fuel efficiency and advanced passenger amenities, services this route. Flight AI120 departs Frankfurt daily at 20:00, arriving in Delhi at 08:05 the following day.

The Frankfurt to Mumbai route has been upgraded to five weekly flights, strengthening connectivity between Germany and India's financial capital. This strategic expansion aims to meet the growing demand for travel in this sector. Air India offers competitive fares for these flights, with prices starting at EUR 346 for a one-way economy class ticket.

Air India, established in 1932 and now owned by the Tata Group, is the flag carrier airline of India. The airline operates a fleet of narrow-body and wide-body Airbus and Boeing aircraft, connecting passengers to both domestic and international destinations.
