EVA Air has announced the launch of its new mobile app, aimed at streamlining travel services and enhancing convenience for travelers. The announcement was made on X on April 8.

According to EVA Air’s official website, the airline has developed a mobile app compatible with iOS and Android devices to enhance passenger convenience by offering a range of travel services. The app allows users to book flights, manage itineraries, and check in, streamlining the travel experience. This initiative reflects EVA Air’s commitment to integrating technology into its customer service strategy.

The airline's mobile app supports multiple languages, including Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, German, French, Dutch, and Italian. It caters to its diverse global customer base. The app is compatible with iOS devices running version 13.0 or later and Android devices running version 8.0 or later. For optimal security, EVA Air recommends users update to the latest operating system and install antivirus software on their devices.
