Serving as the official airline partner, the airline announced exclusive benefits for members, including daily giveaways, VIP upgrades, and access to a unique cloudscape lounge designed to provide a first-class atmosphere on the ground.

The installation features a mirrored tunnel illuminated with LED lights, a cloud-like lounge environment, and photo opportunities. Throughout the day, members can join Cloud Social to enjoy themed drinks like the Passion Orange Guava juice and specialty snacks such as pretzels and cookies from Hawai’i.
