Alaska Airlines is offering an enhanced experience for its Mileage Plan members at this year's Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival and Stagecoach Festival. Serving as the official airline partner, the airline announced exclusive benefits for members, including daily giveaways, VIP upgrades, and access to a unique cloudscape lounge designed to provide a first-class atmosphere on the ground.

Eric Edge, Vice President of Brand and Marketing at Alaska Airlines, commented on the partnership: "At Alaska, it's not just about the destination – it's about creating memorable and meaningful moments throughout the journey. As the official airline of Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival and Stagecoach Festival, we're excited to be a part of two of the most exciting music and art festivals of the year while rewarding our loyal Mileage Plan members with experiences that match the energy and excitement of these incredible events."

Festival attendees who are part of the Alaska Mileage Plan can expect to enter a colorful and immersive environment at Alaska's technicolor cloudscape. The installation features a mirrored tunnel illuminated with LED lights, a cloud-like lounge environment, and photo opportunities. Throughout the day, members can join Cloud Social to enjoy themed drinks like the Passion Orange Guava juice and specialty snacks such as pretzels and cookies from Hawai’i.

Moreover, Alaska has integrated a prize-packed vending machine on site, offering the chance for guests to win experiences, including a chance to fly on future adventures. For a fortunate few, there's the opportunity to achieve the ultimate festival upgrade, which consists of VIP access and entry to an exclusive viewing area typically reserved for performers and their guests.

The airline’s Mileage Plan members can accumulate miles through travel with its oneworld and global partners, which connect to over a thousand destinations globally. Every mile flown to more than 120 destinations on Alaska flights (excluding Saver fares in X class) earns one mile. At 20,000 miles, members can begin enjoying benefits like upgrades, free checked baggage, and priority services.

Membership to the Alaska Mileage Plan is complimentary and can be initiated either online or at the festival.
