Delta Air Lines has declared its stance regarding the imposition of tariffs on Airbus aircraft imported from overseas. The airline's CEO, Ed Bastian, has stated that Delta will not comply with paying these tariffs.

In a statement, Bastian conveyed, "We're not going to pay those tariffs, and we're going to continue to pay zero tariffs, period." This decisive comment was made as the US carriers face the prospect of being subjected to additional import taxes on each Airbus aircraft delivery.

Delta's approach comes amidst ongoing discussions and tensions over trade and tariffs affecting the aviation industry. The specifics of Delta's strategy to avoid these tariffs, however, have not been disclosed by Bastian.
