Ethiopian Airlines has been recognized with significant accolades at two award events held in Hamburg, Germany. The airline received the 'Outstanding Food Service by a Carrier – Africa' for the third time, acknowledging its superior onboard catering services. Additionally, it earned the Bronze Winner title for the 'Cabin Concept of the Year 2025' award in recognition of its A350-1000 cabin innovation. This cabin is noted for its elegant design, enhanced passenger comfort, advanced technology, exceptional service delivery, and genuine onboard catering.

Ethiopian Airlines operates a modern catering facility in Addis Ababa, which can produce up to 100,000 meals daily. This facility provides catering and onboard duty-free items for various flights, both scheduled and non-scheduled, including VVIP and charter services. The facility is staffed by international chefs and includes a separate Halal Kitchen with Halal Certification.

The A350-1000 aircraft of Ethiopian Airlines features a spacious cabin with larger windows, mood lighting, and quiet interiors that improve comfort across all classes. It includes the AVANT Up IFE system with 4K displays, Bluetooth connectivity, real-time views via landscape cameras, and 70W fast-charging ports for every seat. The aircraft also offers eco-conscious amenity kits with sustainable products such as bamboo brushes, eye masks, nourishing lip balm, and sleep aids.
