Aeroméxico announced the opening of its traveling exhibition, "Destino: Libertad – The Route of Human Trafficking," at Cancún International Airport. The initiative aims to raise awareness among travelers about recognizing the signs of human trafficking. The announcement was made in a post on X on April 12.

According to Aeroméxico, the airline has been actively involved in combating human trafficking. In 2018, it became the first airline to join the United Nations' Blue Heart Campaign, reinforcing its commitment to raising awareness and training staff to identify and report signs of trafficking. This partnership highlights the airline's dedication to social responsibility and passenger safety.

The "Destino: Libertad" exhibition has previously been showcased at two other major Mexican airports before arriving at Cancún International. This marks its third installation, aiming to expand its reach to a wider audience in one of Mexico's busiest tourist destinations. The exhibit offers valuable information to help travelers recognize and report potential human trafficking situations.
