Emirates Airlines has emerged as the leading victor at the 2025 Business Traveller Middle East Awards, securing the coveted "Best Airline Worldwide" accolade for the 12th consecutive year. The airline also garnered awards in three other categories: "Best First Class," "Best Premium Economy Class," and "Best Airport Lounge in the Middle East."

Adil Al Ghaith, Senior Vice President Commercial Operations, Centre, and Dr. Nejib Ben Khedher, Divisional Senior Vice President, Skywards, attended the ceremony to receive the accolades on behalf of Emirates. The awards aim to recognize excellence in the business travel sector, honoring exceptional work and innovations that contribute to the advancement of the travel industry through a transparent public voting process.

These accomplishments highlight Emirates' continuous dedication to elevating the travel experience both aboard and on the ground. The airline's retrofit program, which began in 2022, involves a complete renovation of 219 aircraft. To date, 51 planes have been updated, and Emirates has introduced its first A350, featuring next-generation technology.

Emirates' revamped and new aircraft are being introduced to new markets, enhancing customer experiences whether traveling to or via Dubai. By the end of the year, updates will enable the airline to serve over 70 cities globally with refurbished Boeing 777s, Airbus A380s, and new A350s.

The airline continues to set the benchmark for luxury travel with its First-Class service. Passengers can enjoy the privacy of fully enclosed suites, indulge in unlimited caviar and Dom Pérignon champagne, and use hydra-active pajamas and premium skincare products.

Since its introduction in 2022, Emirates Premium Economy Class has been recognized globally for elevating the luxury travel experience. This class is now available across 219 Boeing 777s and A380s, and 65 A350s. It provides passengers similar amenities to Business Class in other airlines, with roomy reclining seats, premium meals, and exclusive Chandon Vintage Brut 2017 sparkling wine.

On the ground, First Class Lounges at Dubai International Airport offer premium amenities like duty-free shopping, à la carte dining, a Timeless spa, a wine cellar, and a cigar bar.

Emirates reports growing passenger preference for premium travel options. As per Brand Finance, the airline's brand value doubled to US $8.4 billion in 2024, marking a 27% increase from the prior year, establishing it among the top five most valuable airlines globally. Emirates holds the title of the most valuable airline brand outside the US and within the Middle East.
