Servair has been recognized as the "Airline Caterer of the Year in Africa" for a second consecutive year at the PAX International Readership Awards 2025. These awards honor achievements in various aspects of the airline industry, including airlines, equipment, and technology.

The 2025 Onboard Hospitality Awards had several notable winners. Lufthansa's Children’s Amenity Kit, created by deSter, won the award for Young Travelers Amenities. Haizea by gategourmet and iryo received high commendations for Catering Innovation. Air Europa's DeliciasMed Quinoa bowl, developed by gateretail, was highly commended for Special Meal/Product.

The awards continued with recognitions under the PAX International Magazine Awards. Gateretail was acknowledged for Best Onboard Retail International. The First-Class Amenity Kit and Children’s Amenity Kit, both collaborations between deSter and Lufthansa, were acknowledged as the best in Europe.

Additionally, servair retained its title for "Airline Caterer of the Year, Africa."
