Zhao Dong President of Xiamen Airlines | Xiamen Airlines

On April 19, 2025, Xiamen Airlines inaugurated MF Town, China's first aviation service experience complex. This venue aims to extend the airline's service from the skies to the ground, integrating aviation features with local culture. It is set to drive research in service development, talent cultivation, and cultural exchange, enhancing the development of aviation services. The inaugural Mazu culture-themed exhibition was also launched the same day.

The design of MF Town reflects Xiamen Airlines' brand culture, incorporating local Fujian cultural elements. Recycled aviation materials are used, and eco-friendly materials like coffee grounds panels and wood chip terrazzo demonstrate a commitment to sustainable development. The venue houses five main spaces: Lu Ting (Egret Courtyard), Lu Pan (Egret Side), Lu Ge (Egret Pavilion), Lu Yu (Egret Isle), and Lu Tai (Egret Terrace), offering diverse experiences such as tea and coffee, art exhibitions, and performances, all centered on the five senses.

Xiamen Airlines has been recognized for its high standard of service, receiving the "World-Class Airline" award for three consecutive years, and being rated as the "Best Airline" by passengers for ten years. The MF Town aims to further innovate service standards, creating the Xiamen Airlines Service Development Research Office and Service Business Training Base to cultivate specialized service talents.

Notably, Stefan Stiller, a three-Michelin-star chef, and Zhang Yifeng, an executive chef and brand collaborator, attended the event. Stiller praised the partnership, highlighting a cultural dialogue through Xiamen Airlines' service. The "Chateau XiamenAir·Sky Tea Alliance" project was announced to promote Chinese tea culture internationally.

Zhao Dong, Chairman of Xiamen Airlines, stated that MF Town will present the airline's service culture and foster cross-industry exchanges. The inaugural exhibition, "Dialogue Across Time and Space Between Xiamen Airlines' Mission and Mazu Spirit," showcases a cultural resonance through various art forms.

The exhibition emphasizes Mazu culture, which aligns with the airline's mission of global travel facilitation. Xiamen Airlines plans to use its network to enhance Mazu culture's international influence.

As Xiamen Airlines embarks on a "century-long journey," MF Town represents a strategic move to connect the world and convey values using culture and service as vehicles.
