His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group, has met with Suzan Kereere, President of Global Markets at PayPal. The meeting took place at Emirates Group Headquarters, focusing on enhancing their 15-year partnership. Discussions centered on expanding their cooperation in the field of digital payments.

Currently, Emirates provides PayPal as a payment option on its website in 34 countries. This collaboration offers customers a straightforward and secure method for booking travel, along with diverse payment alternatives like PayPal Pay Later. Over the past year, Emirates has reported a significant increase in customer engagement, frequency of use, and transaction volumes with PayPal.

PayPal has recently inaugurated its first regional headquarters in Dubai. This new office aims to boost commerce capabilities for consumers and businesses in the Middle East and Africa and facilitate cross-border sales for businesses of all sizes.
