Delta Air Lines has announced an expansion of its network, introducing new routes from New York and other cities while discontinuing some existing services. The airline will begin daily flights from John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) to Houston's George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), Memphis International Airport (MEM), and St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) starting September 8.
From LaGuardia Airport (LGA), Delta will extend the season for flights to Panama City Beach's Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP). This service, previously available once a week during summer, will now operate daily starting November 6 for the winter season.
Another addition includes a daily route from Westchester County Airport (HPN) to Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP), commencing on September 8. Delta is also adding two more routes: one from Salt Lake City to Little Rock, Arkansas, and another from Austin to Palm Springs, California. The Salt Lake City service will run daily starting September 8, while the Austin route will be seasonal on Saturdays beginning November 8.
