Centrally located at Odeon 333, opposite the Raffles Hotel, Emirates has opened its World Store in Singapore. The store offers expert travel planning and advice through dedicated consultants. It also features interactive displays to provide visitors with a taste of the airline’s inflight experience, including an exclusive First Class Suite installation.

The inauguration was led by Mr. Adnan Kazim, Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer of Emirates, alongside Mr. Ahmed AlKetbi from the UAE Embassy in Singapore and Mr. Lim Ching Kiat from Changi Airport Group. The event was attended by Emirates’ management, travel trade partners, media representatives, and other guests.

Adnan Kazim stated: “2025 marks the 35th anniversary of our operations in Singapore and the opening of the Emirates World store here today is a significant milestone in our journey. The store embodies the very best of what we stand for – seamless service, premium design, and customer-first approach.” He further added: “Singapore has always been a cornerstone of Emirates’ operations in Southeast Asia... We look forward to welcoming customers into this new home.”

The store reflects Emirates' evolving retail strategy focused on innovation and personalization. It combines insights from studies indicating that travelers value in-person experiences when planning travel. This concept allows for personalized recommendations and access to exclusive deals.

Spanning over 330 square meters, the store features a lounge-like environment with designs inspired by the Ghaf Tree of the UAE. With four service counters staffed by consultants, guests can book flights and seek advice easily. The store also includes smart technology like a ‘selfie mirror’ for scenic photos.

Emirates will showcase upcycled products at this location for the first time as part of its sustainability efforts. Visitors can enjoy freshly brewed coffee while being assisted at service counters.

A highlight is the permanent display of Emirates’ First-Class Private Suite, allowing customers to experience its award-winning product firsthand.
