Lufthansa shareholders approve all agenda items at annual meeting

About 1,500 shareholders participated in Deutsche Lufthansa AG's 72nd Annual General Meeting, held online. The meeting saw representation of 42.16 percent of the share capital. All nine agenda items were approved by a large majority.

The shareholders endorsed the actions of both the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board for the financial year 2024.

Among the agenda items was the appropriation of balance sheet profits, which includes a dividend distribution of EUR 0.30 per share. Additionally, elections for members of the Supervisory Board took place. Erich Clementi, Dr. Astrid Stange, and Angela Titzrath were re-elected to their positions, while Dr. Alexis von Hoensbroech, CEO of WestJet Airlines, was newly elected to the board.
