Emirates has opened its first Travel Store in Geneva, covering an area of 134 square meters. The store was inaugurated on May 20, 2025, by Adnan Kazim, Emirates' Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer. The event was attended by H.E. Dr. Hissa Abdulla Ahmed Al-Otaiba, the UAE Ambassador to Switzerland; H.E. Jasim Alabdouli, UAE Consul General in Geneva; Vincent Subilia, Director General of the Geneva Chamber of Commerce (CCIG); Gilles Rufenacht, Director General of Geneva Airport; and other guests.

Adnan Kazim expressed satisfaction with the opening: “We are pleased to officially open our long-awaited new Travel Store in Geneva today, bringing our renowned onboard services closer to our customers right in the city centre.” He added that the concept reflects Emirates' commitment to high service standards and aims to provide visitors with a preview of the Emirates experience.

The store offers Swiss customers personalized services and brand experiences under one roof. It is designed for modern luxury and comfort with soft lounge chairs and sleek furniture. Visitors can browse merchandise from Emirates’ official store while being served by travel experts.

Three customer service counters offer personalized assistance for flight reservations and information about offers and destinations. A large LED screen displays airline information, destinations, and exclusive offers. A voice-activated selfie screen allows guests to take photos against popular destination backdrops.

A notable feature is the display of an Emirates Business Class seat. The store operates Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:30 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00.
