Federal Express Corporation (FedEx) and Singapore Post Limited (SingPost) have expanded their collaboration to improve international shipping services in Singapore. FedEx parcel drop-off services are now available at all SingPost post offices nationwide, as well as at POPStop@Tampines MRT, increasing the number of acceptance points from six to 43.

This expansion follows a pilot program initiated in September 2023 at six SingPost POPStop counters located in Tampines, Punggol, Marine Parade, Woodlands, Raffles Place, and Jurong. The positive feedback from customers during the pilot highlighted a demand for more convenient international shipping options.

Customers can now drop off FedEx parcels at any SingPost post office’s POPStop counters and POPStop@Tampines MRT. The parcels are then transferred to FedEx daily without additional paperwork or charges, enhancing service efficiency for cross-border shipments.

"Expanding our collaboration with SingPost enhances the accessibility and convenience of our international shipping services across Singapore," said Eric Tan, Managing Director of FedEx Singapore. "By leveraging SingPost’s extensive postal network, we are making it easier and more convenient for customers to access FedEx services."

Neo Su Yin, Group Chief Operating Officer of SingPost stated, "At SingPost, our strength lies in our extensive network and commitment to customer convenience. Partnerships with international logistics companies like FedEx allow us to offer even greater value to our customers by providing more options for international shipping."

This initiative is part of FedEx’s efforts to expand access points through strategic collaborations. With the addition of SingPost outlets, FedEx now offers over 410 drop-off locations across Singapore.

Since the pilot began with SingPost, there has been steady growth in the usage of the drop-off service.
