Finnair announced that industrial actions scheduled for May 30, June 2, and June 4 will affect ground operations at Helsinki Airport. Customers may change their travel dates by contacting customer service, according to a post on X.

According to Finnair's official travel update, the Finnish Aviation Union (IAU) has planned industrial actions that will impact essential services at Helsinki Airport. These include customer service, aircraft maintenance, baggage handling, cargo, ground handling operations, and catering. As a result of these disruptions, Finnair has preemptively canceled several flights and warns of potential delays.

The industrial actions are scheduled as four-hour strikes targeting different work shifts throughout the day. The airline has already canceled approximately 110 flights on May 30, affecting around 8,000 passengers. Finnair is currently assessing the impact on flights scheduled for June 2 and June 4 and will provide updates accordingly.
