In May 2025, Servair achieved a significant milestone in its environmental, social, and governance (ESG) efforts by receiving a Gold rating from EcoVadis. This recognition places the company among the top 5% of over 130,000 companies evaluated globally, highlighting its commitment to sustainable business practices.

EcoVadis assesses companies based on 21 criteria within four key themes: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. The Gold medal signifies Servair's progress in ESG performance and aligns with its ambition to operate ethically and sustainably while meeting the expectations of clients and stakeholders in the aviation and catering sectors.

The achievement was a result of collaboration across various disciplines within Servair. A multi-disciplinary team completed the EcoVadis questionnaire with detailed responses that demonstrated Servair's dedication to ESG principles. Coordination with the gategroup ESG team ensured alignment with broader group standards, leading to stronger submissions. Leadership support was crucial in providing resources and embedding sustainability into corporate culture.

Servair views this accomplishment as a milestone rather than an endpoint. The company is committed to maintaining high standards and addressing improvement areas identified in the assessment. Future plans include deepening departmental collaboration and staying ahead of emerging ESG trends.
