Flying Food Group has been providing catering services for Brightline Trains since August 2023. This partnership, based at the Flying Food Group MIA facility, aims to enhance the onboard dining experience for train passengers. Initially, Brightline operated with 12 trains, producing around 12,000 meals per city. The offerings included meals for both Premium and Smart (Coach) class passengers, with weekly deliveries of dry ice to maintain freshness.

As operations expanded, meal production increased to over 17,000 meals consistently. Currently, Brightline operates 18 trains out of Miami, averaging 6,000 Premium meals per city. This growth reflects a commitment to quality and passenger satisfaction through diverse culinary options.

In September 2023, Flying Food Group began operations at its MCO facility in Orlando. Starting with 12 trains and expanding to 16, they cater to both premium and economy class travelers. Daily orders include deliveries of 500 pounds of dry ice from MCO.
