“In a 24/7 operation where every minute counts and every hand matters, our team leaders are the steady hands and steady hearts behind the scenes. From opening shifts to midnight finishes, from solving today’s issues to planning for tomorrow—they lead with grace, grit, and grit again,” said general manager Lucy Osoro.

The acknowledgment was described as "a small gesture to say a big thank you" to those who are integral to daily successes. Leaders were praised for supporting their crews, stepping in proactively, providing solutions, and setting examples.
