Gin, a first-generation Chinese American and renowned entrepreneur, established the company with creativity and passion. Today, FFG employees continue her legacy by representing over 40 countries globally.

DEI is integrated into FFG's recruiting practices and reinforced through inclusive business practices, employee training, and unit-based diversity initiatives. Additionally, all of Flying Food Group’s taxable income is contributed annually to The Sue L. Gin Foundation Trust. This non-profit organization supports initiatives focused on healthcare, education, legal assistance, and immigration rights.
