Emirates has announced a new interline partnership with Bahamasair, enhancing connectivity to The Bahamas. This agreement allows Emirates' customers traveling to Miami or Orlando to connect seamlessly with Bahamasair flights to Nassau, Freeport, or San Salvador. Customers can book their entire journey on a single ticket and benefit from generous baggage allowances.
Adnan Kazim, Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer of Emirates, stated: "We are pleased to establish an interline partnership with Bahamasair to expand our reach to new and exciting destinations and offer travel options for our customers planning journeys to the Caribbean nation." He highlighted the convenience of connecting in Florida for further travel across The Bahamas at competitive prices.
The partnership also aligns with Emirates' agreement with The Bahamas’ Ministry of Foreign Affairs, aiming to promote the Caribbean destination across its network. Additionally, both airlines will explore opportunities for enhanced cargo cooperation and potential frequent flyer program partnerships.
