This facility is strategically located at the Beijing Airport Logistics Base, adjacent to Beijing Capital International Airport, and works in conjunction with FedEx's Beijing International Gateway. The new headquarters aims to improve logistics efficiency in North China and support business expansion in the Chinese market.

It also boasts a rooftop solar panel system that generates clean energy for the industrial park. The office space is built with energy-efficient materials and ecological design principles.

Internet of Things (IoT) technology connects over a thousand devices within the facility to the global network, enhancing equipment management efficiency. Additionally, Wi-Fi 6 coverage and 4K video conferencing systems facilitate seamless global collaboration.
