Federal Express Corporation (FedEx) has expanded its collaboration with Pick Network, enabling customers in Singapore to drop off pre-labelled FedEx packages at over 1,000 Pick smart lockers. These lockers are located in residential estates, community hubs, and shopping malls across the island.

This initiative aims to meet the growing demand for flexible and secure parcel handling options amid the rapid growth of e-commerce. It allows individuals and businesses 24/7 access to drop off shipments at their convenience.

With this development, FedEx becomes the first global logistics provider to offer both drop-off and collection services through Pick Network's locker system. This expansion builds on a partnership initiated in 2021 when FedEx began offering parcel collection via the Pick locker network.

The new service complements FedEx's existing infrastructure, which includes two facilities and over 410 drop-off points throughout Singapore. Customers now have access to more than 1,500 drop-off locations, providing greater flexibility for individuals, small businesses, and e-commerce users.

"At FedEx, we’re always looking for ways to make shipping simpler and more convenient for our customers," said Eric Tan, Managing Director of FedEx Singapore. "By expanding our collaboration with Pick Network, we’re building smarter, more accessible supply chains that give individuals and businesses even greater control over how, when, and where they ship."

FedEx customers can use Pick lockers for parcels up to 41 x 26 x 46 cm in size. They can also use FedEx Delivery Manager to personalize delivery preferences and track shipments in real-time while initiating drop-offs at Pick lockers directly.

New Soon Tee, CEO of Pick Network stated: "Pick continuously explores new ways with our partners to introduce innovative solutions. Our collaboration with FedEx has brought greater convenience for consumers to send parcels via Pick lockers to reach over 220 destination countries."

FedEx remains focused on enabling consumers to personalize their delivery preferences in Singapore. Customers have the option for self-collection at over 2,000 locations including those within the Pick Network – highlighting FedEx’s commitment to flexibility and customer convenience throughout the delivery process.
