Emirates, the Dubai-based airline, has positioned itself as a leader in inflight entertainment with its extensive library known as "ice." This entertainment system offers passengers access to 6,500 channels of content including movies, TV series, podcasts, and live sports. Emirates claims to be the largest global licensee of inflight content, acquiring rights to a wide range of international films and documentaries.

The airline collaborates with prominent providers such as HBO Max, Disney+, and Spotify to offer diverse entertainment options. Passengers can pre-select their viewing choices via the Emirates app before boarding. The ice team curates monthly recommendations and special collections for events like Autism Awareness Month.

Emirates ensures family-friendly content by adhering to various international rating systems. It provides over 250 kids' channels and publishes an ice magazine for additional guidance on available content.
