Delta Air Lines has been recognized as the best U.S. airline by The Points Guy for the seventh consecutive year. The ranking is based on objective data points from January 1 to December 31, 2024, and evaluated in categories such as reliability, experience, cost and reach, and loyalty.

Brian Kelly, Founder of The Points Guy, stated: “Each year, our team analyzes thousands of data points, comparing four key factors that we feel are most important to consumers' overall airline experience. Since 2018, Delta has consistently ranked #1, scoring strongly across the board. Delta’s commitment to operations and customer service puts it on top year after year.”

In addition to this recognition from The Points Guy, Delta has also received accolades in 2025 for excellence in various areas including customer service and operational performance. Erik Snell, E.V.P. and Chief Customer Experience Officer at Delta commented: "This award is a testament to the talent and dedication of our people. While we continue to innovate and elevate our offerings across the travel experience, it’s the warmth and care our people lead with that truly makes Delta shine."
