Airbus A220 | Wikipedia

Nearly nine years have passed since the Airbus A220, formerly known as the CSeries, began its commercial service. The A220-100, initially flown by SWISS in July 2016, and the more popular A220-300, first used by airBaltic in December 2016, have both demonstrated significant economic advantages.

The A220 is distinct from regional jets and is considered mainline equipment. Although it is sized similarly to larger regional aircraft, its range brings it closer to narrowbody aircraft like those from the Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 families.

Today, we examine the longest routes flown by this small Airbus model.
