The Emirates A350 aircraft has commenced regular operations to Muscat, with the launch date moved forward by a week from the original schedule. The aircraft operates flight EK 866, departing Dubai at 2:15 am and arriving in Muscat at 3:30 am. The return flight, EK 867, leaves Muscat at 4:40 am and arrives in Dubai at 5:55 am. This schedule is designed to facilitate connections for passengers traveling to Europe, the Americas, Africa, and Asia.

The A350 features three classes of seating: Business Class with 32 lie-flat seats in a 1-2-1 configuration, Premium Economy with 21 seats arranged in a 2-3-2 setup, and Economy Class offering 259 seats in a 3-3-3 layout. Passengers can enjoy enhanced travel experiences across all cabins with higher ceilings and wider aisles. The airline's latest in-flight entertainment system provides a cinematic viewing experience along with upgraded cabin lighting and high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity.

Emirates' introduction of the Airbus A350 to Muscat underscores its commitment to Oman. Muscat joins other cities such as Kuwait, Bahrain, Dammam, Amman, Edinburgh, Mumbai, Tunis, Colombo, and Ahmedabad as destinations served by Emirates' next-generation A350s. To date, seven A350s have been integrated into the fleet with plans to reach 17 destinations globally by year-end.
