Alaska Airlines has announced the introduction of a new summer menu, featuring locally sourced ingredients and West Coast flavors. The menu is available in both First Class and Main Cabin, with options such as Sweet Potato Hash Benedict, Lemon Pesto Gnocchi, and a Sweet Chili Chicken Wrap.

The airline's pre-order program allows passengers to choose from up to five chef-curated meal options, including vegan and gluten-friendly dishes. These meals can be reserved up to two weeks before departure on First Class flights as short as 670 miles.

First Class passengers can enjoy new offerings like Green Tea Pancakes with chicken apple sausage for breakfast or Strawberry Burrata Salad for lunch and dinner. The menu aims to deliver the fresh flavors of summer during flights.

Additionally, Alaska Airlines has expanded the availability of its Signature Fruit & Cheese Platter on most routes 670 miles and longer.

The airline emphasizes that meals are complimentary for MVP Gold 100k and Million Miler elites. Passengers are encouraged to use the Alaska Airlines mobile app to pre-order their meals.
