Condor, the airline, is set to expand its European city route network in the summer of 2026. Following the introduction of nine new European destinations this year, Condor plans to add Barcelona, Budapest, and Venice to its schedule from Frankfurt Airport starting May 1st, 2026. Flights to these cities will be available at various times throughout the day.
Peter Gerber, CEO of Condor, commented on the expansion: “Condor has successfully established itself on the market in recent months with the new city destinations from Frankfurt. Since then, we have been offering our guests an attractive product on our daily flights at optimal flight times for business and city travellers." He added that the addition of Barcelona, Budapest, and Venice is a logical next step due to positive customer reception.
These new routes will join existing connections to Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Paris (CDG), Milan (MXP), Rome (FCO), Vienna, Zurich, and Prague in Condor's 2026 summer timetable. The airline plans to use more Airbus A320neo aircraft as part of its fleet modernization effort. Passengers can expect larger luggage compartments and Wi-Fi options aboard these planes. Flights will feature both Business Class and Economy Class configurations.
