Nine airlines currently operate the Airbus A350-1000, including Air Caraïbes, British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Ethiopian Airlines, Etihad Airways, French bee, Japan Airlines, Qatar Airways, and Virgin Atlantic. Among these carriers, all except Air Caraïbes use long-range equipment for flights to the United States.

The list of the ten longest A350-1000 flights from July to September includes both nonstop and one-stop services. These routes are ranked based on maximum block time during this period. Block time accounts for flight time, taxiing at airports, and short delays. It can vary due to factors like wind conditions or airspace restrictions.

According to Cirium Diio data, the longest route is Doha to Los Angeles International Airport with a block time of up to 17 hours and 5 minutes. This route is operated daily by Qatar Airways. Another route with the same block time is Ethiopian Airlines' Addis Ababa to Washington Dulles service. It operates four times weekly via Rome due to high elevation constraints in Addis Ababa.

Cathay Pacific's Hong Kong to Dallas/Fort Worth and Doha to San Francisco routes follow closely with a block time of 16 hours and 40 minutes each. Other notable routes include Doha to Dallas/Fort Worth (16h 30m), Doha to Houston Intercontinental (16h 20m), and Hong Kong to New York JFK (16h 05m).

Qatar Airways has been serving the US since 2007 and introduced Los Angeles as a destination in 2016 using Boeing aircraft before switching to the A350-1000 in June 2020. The airline uses a higher-premium configuration without first class but offers Q Suites.

Ethiopian Airlines operates its US-bound flights via Rome primarily for refueling due to Addis Ababa's high elevation. Its fleet includes three A350-1000s acquired since November 2024.
