dnata Catering & Retail has entered into a management contract with PT IAS Hospitality Indonesia (IASH) to enhance the inflight catering business at Denpasar International Airport. This collaboration combines dnata's global expertise with IASH's local capabilities to address increasing demand in Asia's expanding aviation sector.

The agreement involves dnata assisting IASH in scaling production, improving operational efficiency, and extending market reach. IASH operates a 3,005 square meter facility capable of producing over 3.8 million meals annually in Denpasar.

Robin Padgett, CEO of dnata Catering & Retail, commented on the partnership: “Our partnership with IASH in Indonesia is a strategic complement to our global catering & retail network. IASH has a strong local presence and solid foundation at a fast-growing aviation hub – we’re here to help scale operations and take service quality to the next level for the benefit of customers, passengers and communities."

dnata’s catering division serves over 110 million meals annually across more than 60 locations worldwide. In the Asia-Pacific region alone, it offers comprehensive services to over 47 airlines at ten airports.

PT IAS Hospitality Indonesia is known for premium airport hospitality solutions and manages executive lounges across numerous Indonesian airports while providing inflight catering services from Bali.
