On June 28th, an Air France Airbus A350 flight from Paris to Chicago was forced to return after passing Iceland. The aircraft's diversion resulted in a seven-hour flight without reaching its intended destination. The reason for the turnaround was that the flight had not received authorization to land in Chicago.
