Emirates' fleet currently includes 253 widebody aircraft, with the addition of eight Airbus A350-900s. The first A350 arrived in November last year and began service from Dubai to Edinburgh in January 2025. The latest A350 was delivered on June 15 and showcased at the Paris Air Show before arriving in the UAE.
The airline's A350s have a seating capacity of 312, with configurations for business, premium economy, and economy classes. However, a new 298-seat version is set to begin flying in October.
From July to December, Emirates plans to operate its A350s on 17 routes from Dubai International Airport. These include destinations such as Adelaide, Baghdad, Ho Chi Minh City, and Oslo. On July 1, the A350 started servicing Dammam and Istanbul Airport daily.
