Emirates, the world's largest international airline, has been named YouGov's Most Recommended Global Brand for 2025. The airline achieved a score of 88.4%, making it the only airline in the top 10 global list.

YouGov's rankings measure the percentage of customers who would recommend a brand to others. Emirates led significantly over other brands with data collected from over a million customer surveys across 28 markets between June 1, 2024, and May 31, 2025.

Sir Tim Clark, President of Emirates Airline, commented on the recognition: "This underscores the deep connection and loyalty we’ve built with passengers all over the world."

In early 2025, Emirates expanded its network by launching routes to new destinations and introducing its newest aircraft type, the A350. It also became the world's first Autism Certified Airline.

By December 2025, Emirates plans to serve over 70 cities with updated interiors on various aircraft and offer more than two million Premium Economy seats.

Previously in YouGov's Recommend 2024 rankings, Emirates was recognized as the most recommended brand in the UAE. The airline was also noted for having "the most satisfied customers amongst US flyers" in YouGov’s US airlines report.
