Nearly 930 participants have secured employment in various sectors including technology, healthcare, logistics, retail, and e-commerce. Salaries for these roles start from ₹13,000 per month and can go up to ₹30,000.

These programs are delivered under the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF), combining classroom learning with practical exposure. Over 60% of participants have been women entering the formal workforce for the first time. The initiative supports national priorities around employability and inclusive economic growth.

Participants have shared positive experiences from the program:

“I had the degree but not the industry exposure. This program gave me clarity and confidence,” said Harshitha Shetty from Hyderabad.

“This job changed how I see myself. I’m supporting my family and gaining respect,” expressed Afsana from Delhi.

“It was my lowest point until this training helped me get back on track,” said Allutla Keerthana from Hyderabad.

“It was my first formal job. The course gave me the courage and skills to take that step,” mentioned Rachana N.R. from Bengaluru.

FedEx continues to focus on creating pathways to employment by expanding access to quality training and mentorship as part of India's workforce transformation efforts.
