FedEx has been awarded the "Outstanding Enterprise Partner Award" by Hong Kong Customs for the fourth consecutive year. This recognition highlights FedEx's commitment to enhancing customs clearance and compliance processes through innovative collaborations with local government departments, contributing significantly to the logistics industry.

Since receiving the Level 2 accreditation as a "Hong Kong Authorized Economic Operator" (AEO) in 2014, FedEx has focused on improving supply chain efficiency and ensuring smooth operations. In December last year, FedEx signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Hong Kong Customs under the "Cross-border Express Clearance Facilitation Arrangement" (CEFA), becoming the first company to join this initiative. CEFA aims to improve import clearance efficiency, support local e-commerce development, and enhance trade flow between Hong Kong and other cities in the Greater Bay Area.

FedEx Managing Director for Hong Kong and Macau, Anthony Leung, stated: "We are honored to receive the 'Outstanding Enterprise Partner Award' for four consecutive years. This accolade recognizes our excellence in customs clearance and operational efficiency. Our collaboration with Hong Kong Customs further enhances import clearance efficiency for our customers while providing efficient one-stop international transportation services and digital solutions."

Additionally, through continuous investment in digital technology, FedEx supports thriving local and cross-border commerce with flexible services. For instance, FedEx recently partnered with Hongkong Post to expand its self-pickup network for imports across more than 700 locations throughout Hong Kong, improving last-mile delivery efficiency and enhancing customer experience.
