Emirates has unveiled "Emirates First," a new exclusive First Class experience at Dubai International Airport (DXB). As the largest operator of international First Class travel, Emirates continues to enhance its customer offerings both on the ground and in the air.

Adel al Redha, Emirates' Deputy President & Chief Operating Officer, stated: "We invest heavily in upgrading our ground products, and Emirates First is one of the areas that will offer a unique and private environment to our First Class customers and Skywards Platinum members. We know our customers value privacy and convenience, and this will provide another level of hospitality to the check-in experience, as part of our efforts to continuously uplift the overall travel journey."

The newly designed space offers a luxurious environment with warm earth tones blended with Emirates’ signature bronze and gold accents. The area features elegant marble flooring, plush seating options, and decor inspired by Emirates' premium lounges. Notably, Rolex clocks display times from major cities worldwide.

Emirates First allows for streamlined check-in processes using iPads while guests are seated. Customers can also use counters for baggage drop-off at dedicated desks. After security clearance, they have access to three dedicated lounges offering meals, drinks, spa treatments, business centers, kids’ areas, and duty-free shopping.

This launch follows recent enhancements announced by Emirates for its First Class service in May. These include upgraded dining experiences onboard with keepsake menus detailing wine selections and culinary inspirations.
