Condor is expanding its long-haul fleet with an order for four additional A330-900neo aircraft from Airbus. This decision was approved by the Supervisory Board this week. Condor currently operates 18 A330neo aircraft, with three more expected by the end of 2027. By summer, Condor will exclusively use these new aircraft for its long-haul routes.

Peter Gerber, CEO of Condor, stated: “By ordering additional long-haul aircraft, we intend to open up new opportunities in the international business and continue the successful strategy of growth seen in recent years.” He also mentioned that they are offering a standardized product for all long-haul destinations for the first time.

Condor has also secured an option for four more A330neo aircraft, though further orders have not been decided. The fleet expansion supports their commitment to long-haul travel and benefits from new city flight destinations introduced this year. These city destinations provide more travel options throughout Europe and serve as connecting flights to Condor's long-haul network.

The renewal of Condor's long-haul fleet was completed in 2024, enhancing customer comfort with features like increased space and free in-flight entertainment. The Trent 7000 engines from Rolls Royce allow operation with up to 50 percent sustainable aviation fuels.
