Etihad Airways is bringing more of its Airbus A380 aircraft back into service. The airline had grounded all of its A380s during the COVID-19 pandemic and at the time was not sure if they would ever return to flying. However, as travel demand increased after the pandemic, Etihad reactivated four of these planes. The carrier has now decided to return even more A380s to active duty.
This move follows a wider trend among airlines that are returning large aircraft to their fleets as international travel rebounds.
