Bombardier has announced a significant expansion of its aftermarket support network in the United States. The company, which is among the world’s largest private jet manufacturers, plans to enhance several existing facilities and open new service locations across the country. The initiative comes as Bombardier seeks to address increasing demand from its growing fleet of US-based jets. Over half of the 5,100 Bombardier executive jets currently in service are located in the United States, making it a key market for the Montreal-based manufacturer. As Bombardier's Global and Challenger series continue to see strong sales, providing robust aftermarket support remains essential.
Aftermarket services represent an important revenue stream for Bombardier. According to Reuters, the company’s service division generated more than $1 billion in revenue recently, with a target to reach $2 billion by year-end. Morningstar reported that Bombardier's service revenue grew by over 18% in 2024, surpassing $2 billion overall.
