聯邦快遞宣布，已在台灣市場將即時配送通知功能整合至通訊軟體LINE。這項新措施應用於FedEx Delivery Manager International（FDMi）服務，旨在提升包裹配送的便利性、透明度和彈性。此舉有助於電子商務業者為顧客提供更多元的服務選擇，以因應競爭激烈的電商環境。
FDMi是一套互動式電子商務遞送解決方案，能讓消費者自訂配送時間與地點，也可在運輸途中更改送貨地址，且不需額外付費。
根據Statista數據，LINE是台灣最受歡迎的即時通訊應用程式之一，在台灣擁有超過2,100萬活躍用戶（https://www.statista.com/topics/10502/line-in-taiwan/）。透過此次整合，用戶只需將手機號碼綁定聯邦快遞LINE官方帳號，即可即時收到包裹狀態更新。此外，顧客可直接在LINE平台進入聯邦快遞官方客服頁面，無需下載其他應用程式。
聯邦快遞台灣區總經理蘇智民表示：「提供卓越的顧客體驗一直是我們業務的核心所在。透過將 LINE——這個在台灣擁有高用戶黏著度與廣泛普及率的平台——整合進我們的數位生態系統，我們不僅提升了使用上的便利性，也再次展現我們對創新與以顧客為中心解決方案的承諾。這項整合讓 FDMi 更貼近台灣消費者的日常生活，同時進一步鞏固我們在數位轉型與智慧物流領域的領導地位。」
此外，聯邦快遞也持續推出多項數位解決方案，包括「聯邦快遞進口清關自助平台（FedEx Import Tool）」和今年稍早推出、結合感測器數據及預測分析技術的「FedEx Surround監測與干預解決方案」。這些工具協助企業追蹤貨物、安排配送並加強風險管理，有效提升物流營運效率並回應市場需求變化。
