JetBlue has announced the rebranding of its travel booking platform, now called TrueBlue Travel. The updated service allows customers to book hotels, car rentals, vacation rentals, activities, and luggage purchases in addition to flights.

The airline said that members of its TrueBlue loyalty program will be able to redeem points on a wider range of bookings than before. Previously, redemptions were limited to combined flight-and-hotel packages through JetBlue Vacations. Now, members can use points for standalone hotel stays and car rentals.

TrueBlue Travel offers one point per dollar spent on hotels, rental cars, activities, and travel bags. Members also earn one Tile toward Mosaic elite status for every $100 spent on eligible purchases. Customers using a JetBlue credit card can earn additional points. For a limited time from August 5 to 8, customers booking travel packages will receive two Tiles per $100 spent on car and hotel reservations if travel is completed by November 30.

JetBlue highlighted that the platform provides 24-hour human assistance for customer issues—an area where some third-party sites have faced criticism.

The technology behind TrueBlue Travel comes from Paisly, JetBlue’s Florida-based subsidiary. Paisly powers the booking engine for the platform and will continue as the technical provider under the new branding. In addition to serving JetBlue customers, Paisly was recently selected by United Airlines as the provider for its own booking platform as part of a partnership between the two airlines.

Edward Pouthier, JetBlue's vice president of loyalty and personalization, said: "By expanding how and where members can redeem points through TrueBlue Travel, and delivering that experience through Paisly, our in-house travel services company, we're bringing more flexibility and value to the program."

The rebranding is part of JetBlue’s broader “JetForward” plan aimed at returning the company to profitability after several years without profits. This strategy includes other initiatives such as launching airport lounges and introducing domestic first-class seating options.
