Alila Mayakoba reopens as first Alila-branded resort in Latin America

Rooms offer views of various landscapes including oceanfronts, lagoons, gardens or golf courses; some units also have private plunge pools. Interiors feature light woods and stone materials along with rainfall showers and floor-to-ceiling windows.

Dining options at Alila Mayakoba include four venues such as The Beach Club—set among palm trees—and Casa Amate, which offers farm-to-table cuisine focused on Yucatan Peninsula flavors. There will also be a chef's garden workshop where local wines and spirits accompany dishes.

"Each room is spacious, ranging from 538 square feet to more than 4,500 square feet for the Alila beachfront presidential suite. That suite offers two bedrooms (each with its own private balcony and bathroom), a living and dining area, a private pool and butler service, all spread over two stories."
