联邦快递近日在上海表示，正通过举办专题研讨会和提供多样化服务，帮助亚太及中国企业应对全球贸易环境的变化。公司称，这些活动主要针对企业如何适应不断变化的关税政策和清关规定，并已吸引超过6500名参与者。
根据研讨会期间的一项调研，29%的受访企业暂时没有调整供应链战略的计划，而52%的企业则考虑在未来一年内推动供应链多元化，以更好地应对全球贸易不确定性。已有19%的受访企业开始采取行动。此外，持续存在的关税不确定性和成本压力被认为既是推动供应链多元化的动力，也是阻碍因素。

面对复杂监管环境，联邦快递为客户提供包括数字贸易工具、专业指南以及定制咨询等服务，以帮助减少运输延误并避免额外成本。例如，公司建议客户定期查阅美国关税中心获取政策信息，并使用FedEx Ship ManagerTM等工具优化合规流程。此外，通过电子化文件提交，中国客户能够加速清关过程并降低风险。
联邦快递还不断完善其区域物流网络。公司近期开通了从新加坡直飞安克雷奇的新航线，以提升东南亚至美国之间货物运输效率。2024年11月，公司又增设了从广州经印度班加罗尔前往欧洲列日和巴黎的新航线，每周运营五个航班，加强了亚洲与欧洲间互联互通。同时，中国至印尼雅加达及马来西亚新山出口服务也得到升级，将送达时间分别缩短一天和2.5小时。这些举措有助于提升区域市场外贸效率与灵活性。
