New, limited-time welcome offers have been announced for three Capital One credit cards: the Quicksilver Cash Rewards Credit Card, Savor Cash Rewards Credit Card, and VentureOne Rewards Credit Card. These offers provide new cardholders with a $100 Capital One Travel credit that can be used within the first year of opening an account. The travel credit is available immediately upon approval.

In addition to the travel credit, eligible cardholders will receive complimentary status upgrades through the Hertz Gold Plus Rewards program. According to Capital One, enrollment for this benefit must be completed via their website or mobile app, as enrolling directly through Hertz will not automatically grant upgraded status.

The details of the new welcome bonuses are as follows:

- For both Quicksilver and Savor cards: Receive $100 to use on Capital One Travel in the first year and earn a $200 cash bonus after spending $500 on purchases within the first three months from account opening.

- For VentureOne: Receive $100 to use on Capital One Travel in the first year and earn 20,000 bonus miles after spending $500 on purchases within the same period.

A spokesperson stated, "This offer exceeds the best bonus we've seen in each of the card's histories. So, now is a great time to apply if you're interested."

The combined value for Quicksilver and Savor cardholders totals $300 ($200 cash bonus plus $100 travel credit). For VentureOne cardholders, 20,000 bonus miles are valued at approximately $380 based on August 2025 valuations by The Points Guy. When paired with the travel credit, this brings total potential value up to about $480.

Cardholders can use their $100 Capital One Travel credit toward booking flights, hotels, rental cars, vacation packages, vacation homes or local activities and excursions through Capital One’s portal. Additionally, bookings made through this portal earn either 5 points per dollar spent or 5% cash back depending on which card is used.

"These current offers on the Quicksilver, Savor and VentureOne add a $100 credit to use in the Capital One Travel portal to each card's regular bonus. The travel portal credit is earned upon account opening, so it couldn't be much easier to get it," said a representative.

Capital One advises users to redeem their travel credits within their first year as a cardholder. More information about these products can be found in full reviews of each respective card published by The Points Guy.
