JetBlue has expanded its partnership with Condor Airlines, allowing members of the JetBlue TrueBlue loyalty program to both earn and redeem points on Condor-operated flights. This development gives JetBlue customers more choices for transatlantic travel using their loyalty points.

The new partnership enables TrueBlue members to book award flights on Condor between Frankfurt and several major U.S. cities, including New York City, Boston, Miami, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Las Vegas, Anchorage, and Portland. From Frankfurt Airport, travelers can connect to various destinations across Germany and Europe such as Paris, Prague, Rome, Vienna, and Zurich.

Redemption rates for one-way flights start at 19,000 TrueBlue points for economy class from New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) to Frankfurt. Premium economy seats are available for 34,000 points while business-class awards begin at 54,000 points. The business-class cabin on Condor features lie-flat seats.

In addition to redeeming points for award travel on Condor flights, JetBlue customers can also earn TrueBlue points when purchasing cash fares with the German airline. However, these earned points will not count toward Mosaic elite status qualification; elite status must be achieved through spending on JetBlue-specific flights or cobranded credit cards.

"Through our collaboration with Condor, TrueBlue members now have more ways to turn their loyalty into meaningful travel experiences," said Ed Pouthier, JetBlue's vice president of loyalty and personalization. "We're proud to continue growing the TrueBlue program in ways that meet the needs of today's traveler by offering access to a wider range of destinations around the world."

Condor joins other JetBlue partners like TAP Air Portugal, Icelandair, Qatar Airways and Etihad Airways as an “earn and redeem” partner. In contrast, some partners only allow earning or redeeming but not both. For example, Japan Airlines is a “redeem-only” partner while Singapore Airlines is an “earn-only” partner.

This move comes as JetBlue works to expand its network of airline partnerships and increase the value of its loyalty program. The company’s upcoming “Blue Sky” partnership with United Airlines is expected to launch soon.

TrueBlue members can book eligible award flights operated by Condor and add their membership number through JetBlue’s website or mobile app.
