Eurowings Holidays has introduced a specially painted Airbus A321neo as part of its promotional efforts. The aircraft features oversized sunglasses on the cockpit, designed to advertise the company's holiday packages across Europe.
The airline's tour operator arm, which became an independent company in spring 2025, is aiming for significant growth and plans to become one of the top ten players in its sector. The A321neo was selected for this campaign due to its capacity and efficiency, offering more than 230 seats and being used mainly for flights to Mallorca. This aircraft model is recognized for being efficient and quiet.
Mallorca remains the leading summer destination for Eurowings customers in 2025. Palma serves as the airline's largest foreign base, with eight aircraft stationed there. The "Mallorca Shuttle" program connects Palma with 26 airports throughout Europe and operates up to 400 flights per week.
